Crash for cash, landmark successful prosecution

Camilla Buck and David Dixon Awarded ‘Case of the Year’ 2016

Park Square Barristers would like to congratulate Camilla Buck and David Dixon on receiving the Personal Injury Award 2016 for ‘Outstanding Case of the Year’, following their successful landmark prosecution. This came as a result of the infamous ‘Cash for Crash’ case involving fraudulent claims being made following a bus crash, leading to the Defendants receiving sentences of between 12 and 21 months.

Following receipt of the award, Ms Buck has expressed her delight on a successful night, with the case receiving the recognition it truly deserves. The successful prosecution has been made possible as a result of strong relations held with our instructing solicitors; Keoghs. We look forward to more success in similarly serious and complex cases in future.

Camilla deals with all aspects of civil fraud, including staged or contrived accidents, low-velocity-impact (LVI) cases, bogus passenger claims, credit hire and exaggerated credit hire, personal injury and exaggerated PI claims.
