Adam Rhys-Davies practises nationwide and is instructed by most of the country’s leading firms specialising in civil insurance fraud, and is requested by many of the UK’s insurance companies.
He has extensive experience in all areas of civil fraud, including employer’s liability, occupier’s liability and public liability, but particularly in relation to road traffic accidents. On a weekly basis, Adam deals with cases involving fabricated, staged and induced (‘slam-on’) accidents, bogus passengers and phantom witnesses, low-velocity-impact (LVI) claims and exaggerated personal-injury and damage claims. He has expertise in dealing with individual and opportunistic frauds, as well organised fraud rings. Adam also has wide experience with credit-hire claims, including very high-value cases (in excess of £250,000).
