Adam Rhys-Davies often acts in claims concerning alleged breaches of contract, fraudulent invoicing or unpaid debts, instructed to act on behalf of solicitors and liquidators.

He appears in the High Court and the County Court in commercial property disputes, particularly in claims for possession orders and injunctions concerning public houses.

Adam is instructed in high-value claims on behalf of mortgage companies seeking possession of residential property and also in residential landlord and tenant disputes.
