Adam Rhys-Davies has practised in personal injury (PI) work since pupillage, and receives instructions in fast-track and multi-track claims from both claimants and defendants, with the majority of his workload now on the multi-track (especially complex issues and medical causation). A significant proportion of his practice is repeat instructions from solicitors throughout the UK.

He covers the full spectrum of personal injury work, including employer’s liability, industrial disease (particularly noise-induced hearing loss, asbestosis and VWF/HAVS), road traffic accidents, public liability and fatal accidents.

Adam provides advice and representation in all areas of clinical negligence and is particularly experienced in claims arising from negligently performed surgical procedures.

Although the majority of his work is funded by before- and after-the-event insurers, Adam also accepts instructions under a conditional fee agreement (CFA) in appropriate cases.
