Anaum is regularly instructed in all areas of civil law, including personal injury and contract disputes. She acts for both claimants and defendants.

Anaum has been appointed as panel counsel for a major insurer and regularly undertakes defence work, often involving serious allegations of fraud. She has successfully defended fraudulent claims involving multiple claimants and largescale alleged losses.

Anaum is also regularly instructed as claimant counsel and has acted in cases involving holiday sickness, road traffic, employer’s liability, occupier’s liability and accidents involving minors. Anaum was  successful in securing a large sum for her client at a trial involving complex medical evidence from multiple experts in which the defendant was denying any form of injury.

Anaum has a wealth of experience and knowledge in credit hire claims which has assisted her in securing favourable outcomes.

Anaum is able to advise and draft pleadings in short timeframes and takes a meticulous approach.
