Camilla has experience of representing parties at hearings and conducting cases involving charging orders, Insolvency Act matters, boundary disputes and service charge disputes. She has represented parties in First Tier Tribunal matters.
Camilla has experience of multi-track and fast track trials and of settling pleading in property and commercial cases.
Camilla joined Chambers after working in-house as an advocate for a national solicitors firm where she represented clients at Court, advised on quantum and liability and settled pleadings. She has a number of years’ experience in civil advocacy, regularly appearing in Courts across the South Eastern and North Eastern circuits.
Camilla may accept Public Access work, where she can be instructed directly by a member of the public rather than a solicitor.
