Camilla Buck has experience of representing parties at hearings and conducting cases involving charging orders, Insolvency Act matters, boundary disputes and service charge disputes. She has represented parties in first-tier tribunal matters.

Camilla has experience of multi-track and fast-track trials and of settling pleadings in property and commercial cases.

Camilla previously worked in-house as an advocate for a national firm of solicitors, where she represented clients at court, advised on quantum and liability, and settled pleadings. She has a number of years’ experience in civil advocacy, regularly appearing in courts across the South Eastern and North Eastern circuits. She undertook a civil first-six pupillage under the supervision of Mr Richard Paige.
