Catherine Moxon specialises in personal injury (PI) work, and has experience both for the prosecution and the defence.  Her experience extends to case-management and drafting as well as contentious proceedings.

Training & education

Catherine has a particular interest in education and has spent almost a decade building up a portfolio of work in this area. Catherine is a Chair of Schools Admissions Appeals in Leeds. Catherine works for the Bar Standards Board as both an External Examiner and question writer for BPTC examinations. She and a Senior Lecturer are jointly responsible for maintaining standards across two major university BPTC courses. Catherine has also taught courtroom skills, been a mooting judge and BPTC mentor.
