Prior to her pupillage Chelsea gained experience of representing clients in personal injury matters in road traffic accidents, employers/occupier’s liability, holiday sickness and industrial disease claims on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants in the firm where she previously worked.
Chelsea has recently appeared in the Civil Appeal Court in Leeds where she was instructed to represent the Claimant in an appeal against a Deputy District Judges Decision to strike out a claim for an Abuse of Process.
Chelsea accepts instructions to draft pleadings and is happy to provide pre-action advice on the merits of individual cases. She is happy to work to short deadlines where papers need to be turned around quickly.
Chelsea may accept Public Access work, where she can be instructed directly by a member of the public rather than a solicitor.
