“During this Operation Dan performed above and beyond what I expected. His communication style is warm and approachable and he is clear and detailed in what he expects from the investigation team. This allows the people he works with a clear and distinct catalogue of instructions to follow and it does not go without saying that this has been the smoothest trial I have ever been involved in. Dan is conscientious, professional and a really nice guy” – Detective Sergeant, West Yorkshire Police
