Harry now regularly assists both solicitors firms and trade unions with merit assessments, for both Claimant and Respondent.
During his first six months of pupillage Harry observed hearings in the Employment Tribunal. Further to this, Harry assisted in the drafting of Merits Assessments.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Harry was a Paralegal in the commercial litigation department at Ramsdens Solicitors. Harry assisted on various matters involving post-employment restrictive covenants and assisting the employment department in contentious matters including claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination. During his BPTC Harry gained exposure to employment law claims whilst volunteering on the Employment Law Telephone Advice Line.
