Joe is a member of the ‘junior junior’ panel for Government Legal Department barristers. Joe has experience in all matters which touch upon the work of the police, having spent much time on secondment at the Humberside Police and South Yorkshire Police legal departments. Moreover, Joe regularly appears at parole board hearings and is looking to grow his regulatory practice in all directions.

During the first six months of his pupillage, Joe was supervised by Robert Stevenson, who gave Joe tutelage in and exposure to many areas of regulatory work including inquests and Health and Safety prosecutions.
