Since writing a book “A Practical Guide to Claims Against the Motor Insurer’s Bureau” in 2002, Judy has specialised in complex insurance indemnity claims. She has lectured extensively and has written articles on the interplay of the European Communities (Rights Against Insurers) Regulations 2002 and the Road Traffic Act 1988. She regularly drafts technical Defences in this area thereafter making a number of successful applications to strike out claims.
