Laura has conducted numerous civil hearings in the County Court including a wide variety of applications, hearings and claims. Laura is instructed on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants in Small Claims and Fast Track trials. 

Laura enjoys a mixed and varied civil practice including matters regarding insolvency, winding-up petitions and employer’s liability. She is regularly instructed for a range of civil hearings in the County Court including a wide variety of applications, hearings and claims. Laura is instructed on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants in Small Claims and Fast Track trials, and Disposal Hearings.

Laura recently defended in High Court proceedings for contempt of court, in which an insurance company alleged that a fraudulent claim had been made. Laura secured a short suspended sentence for her client.
