During her time as an Advocate at a multinational law firm, Naomi regularly attended CCMCs, CMCs, a wide variety of application hearings and small claims. She regularly dealt with high value cases, and attended applications dealing with Qualified One Way Costs Shifting and allegations of fundamental dishonesty. These cases often involved allegations of civil fraud, low velocity impacts cases, credit hire and exaggerated personal injury claims.

As a result of this experience, Naomi regularly undertakes work at all stages and is happy to assist with advice on procedure and tactics.

Naomi also provides external training to solicitors and members of the insurance industry.
