Nathan is known for his forensic case analysis, client-led approach, and focused submissions. Nathan has particular experience in dealing with claims arising from Road Traffic incidents and is adept at dealing with all matters including liability and quantum.

Nathan accepts instructions to the following:

  • Trials from the Small Claims Track through to the Fast Track;
  • Disposal Hearings;
  • Advising in person and in writing;
  • Interim hearings;
  • MOJ Stage 3 hearings; and
  • Infant approval hearings.
