Public law

Oliver completed pupillage under the tutelage of Karen Lennon and as such gained exposure to a wide range of children law matters.

Oliver has been instructed in a number of multi-day fact finds and final hearings in public children law cases. He has acted for local authorities, parents and the child in cases involving the following issues:

  • Non accidental injuries, including multiple fracture injury cases
  • Sexual abuse
  • Psychiatric and psychological disorders
  • Genetic conditions
  • Parents with learning difficulties

Private law

Oliver is instructed in all forms of domestic parental child arrangement disputes including cases involving issues of domestic violence, parental alienation and allegations of sexual abuse and rape.
