Throughout his work in this profession Reece has developed the skill of quickly building working relationships with other professionals, agencies and individuals, including those who are vulnerable, securing positive outcomes for many of his previous students.

Before starting pupillage Reece worked as a accredited Police Station Representative and Crown Court Litigator for Meikles Solicitors. In the role as Crown Court Litigator Reece assisted solicitors and Counsel in preparing cases for trial in the Crown Court and supporting clients throughout proceedings. Reece has experience in assisting with both cases and clients involving sexual offences, violent offences, dishonesty offences and murder.

In the role as an accredited Police Station Representative Reece assisted individuals prior, during and following their interview under caution as-well as making pre-charge representations to the police on their behalf. Reece has gained valuable insight into working with vulnerable individuals in a pressurised environment and has secured many beneficial outcomes for clients. Reece’s work within this role has also afforded him the experience of quickly developing professional standards and rapport with individuals and agencies in time-constrained conditions.
