Reece Williams has commenced his second six period of pupillage and is now available to accept instructions across both Criminal and Family practice areas. Reece commenced his pupillage in September 2023 and has been under the supervision of Paul Abrahams.

In Crime, Reece has observed cases in both the Crown and Magistrates Court ranging from preparatory hearings to complex RASSO trials from both a prosecution and defence perspective. He has also assisted in drafting applications and sentencing notes for those he has been shadowing.

Reeceā€™s experience thus far has provided him with a strong understanding of legal procedure and he is keen to accept instructions prosecuting and defending the widest range of criminal offences to build a successful criminal practice going forward.

Before starting pupillage Reece worked as a Police Station Representative and Crown Court Litigator for a local law firm. In the role as Crown Court Litigator Reece assisted solicitors and Counsel in preparing cases for trial in the Crown Court and supporting clients throughout proceedings. Reece has experience in assisting with cases and clients involving sexual and violent offences, dishonesty offences and murder. He is keen to gain further exposure to criminal defence matters.
