Fantastic collaboration between Amrit Atwal and Alex Bruce from Clearlaw Online, obtaining £475,000 at a JSM for a military deafness client.

Amrit Atwal was led by Chris Barnes KC in the anticipated ‘Group Litigation Order’ judgement in military deafness claims; acting on behalf of the ‘other solicitors’ group who have successfully opposed the application to grant a GLO.

Amrit Atwal will be presenting a webinar on NIHL: Acoustic Engineering evidence, how to establish or defend breach of duty.

Amrit Atwal, instructed by Usman Ibrahim at AWH Solicitors, represented the successful Claimant at a contested Carpal Tunnel Syndrome trial.

This is an appeal in the matter of Poku v Abedin [2020] by the Claimant against a decision by DDJ Omoregie in which a claim for credit hire was struck out on the grounds that the claim was as an abuse of process.  

On 9 September 2020, Amritpal  Atwal of the PSQB Personal Injury Team, will be presenting a seminar via Zoom on ‘Gathering Evidence for Preparing a Schedule of Loss’.
