Lily Wildman defends in Historic Sexual Abuse Sentencing

The Defendant, Peter Kaye, pleaded guilty to offences of gross indecency and indecent assault on a child under the age of 14. The offences took place in the 1980’s and the sentencing exercise was confined to the maximum sentence that was in force when the offences were committed under the Sexual Offences Act 1956.
