The “One life no knives” initiative is a joint operation by West Yorkshire Police and other public bodies designed to increase knife crime awareness amongst young people across Leeds and the wider community.
Presenters deliver sessions in schools on the impacts of knife crime to try and ensure they have the education and support to make better choices.
Head of PSQB Criminal team Katherine Robinson and a serving Detective Chief Inspector recently attended Benton Park School in Leeds to speak to year 8 children about “One life no knives”, and how the principle of joint enterprise can apply to knife offences.
