16 Members of PSQB’s Regulatory Team appointed to the Specialist Regulatory Panel

Chambers are delighted to announce that no fewer than 16 of its members have been appointed to the Specialist Regulatory Panel.

Craig Hassall, Howard Shaw, Robert Stevenson, Nadim Bashir, Tom Gent, Laura Addy, Simon Clegg, Kirsten Mercer, Anna Wilkinson, Tim Jacobs, Kate Batty, Giles Grant, Ben Thomas, Thomas Stanway, Andrea Parnham and Holly Clegg

All of whom will all be able to prosecute on behalf of The Health & Safety Executive, Environment Agency, Care Quality Commission, Office for Nuclear Regulation, Office of Rail and Road and Natural Resources Wales.

With our twelve newly appointed panel members in addition to three promotions of our four pre-existing panel members PSQB now boasts three A list members, six B list members and seven C list members.

This outstanding achievement is indicative of the Regulatory & Public Law teams’ unrivalled expertise on the North Eastern Circuit.

The team have enjoyed a stellar year and this is the latest endorsement of Park Square Barristers as the go to set for Regulatory Law on the North Eastern Circuit.

Our strength lies in the breadth and depth of knowledge of cases involving a wide range of prosecution authorities and the ability of our members to bring a unique perspective to cases that transcend more than one area. Our Regulatory & Public Law team comprises of:
