Park Square BarristersChris Dunn successfully prosecuted two men for the sexual assault of a teenage girl – both jailed for 29 years combined.
The defendants Daniel John Holroyd and Robert Harold Matthews were found guilty of two charges for the sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl.
Holroyd and Matthews were sentenced to 15 and 14 years of imprisonment, put on the sex offenders register for life and given a sexual harm prevention order indefinitely, after being found guilty by a jury following an eight-day trial at York Crown Court.
