Edward Moss secures acquittal relating to drugs bust
Park Square BarristersEdward Moss of Park Square Barristers acquitted his client after a 7 day re-trial of conspiring to supply large quantities of heroin across south Yorkshire (Operation Railbird).
The allegation was that he was an organiser/ controller involved in the conspiracy . 11KG of heroin was seized.
Ten other defendants all pleaded guilty and will be sentenced on 26th September. Instructed by No1 Law LLP, Doncaster.
