On 12 May 2020, Huw Lippiatt and Philippa Hildyard will be hosting a seminar entitled ‘Familial Child Sexual abuse – where are we at? A review of ‘the multi-agency responses to child sex abuse in the family environment’ report, Re AA & 25 others [2019] EWFC 64, and our experience of recent multi-party proceedings’. They will discuss their experiences from their recent case and specifically how improvements to technology have assisted with those multi-party proceedings. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.

Attendance at the seminar is worth 1 CPD point.

The seminar will take place at 5pm on 12 May 2020 via Zoom.
