Fire safety, investigations & prosecutions: seminar for regulatory lawyers

Park Square Barristers in Leeds is to host the first North Eastern Regulatory Lawyers Group event of 2015, looking at fire safety, investigations and prosecutions.

The event will take place at Park Square Barristers, at 6 Park Square East in Leeds, from 5.30pm to 8pm on Thursday, 26 February 2015. It will carry 1 CPD point.

Your speakers will be:

• Chris Clarke, a partner in Fire Investigations (UK) LLP, providing an insight into forensic fire investigation.
• Craig Hassall, a barrister and head of regulatory & public law at Park Square Barristers. Craig has undertaken a number of fire authority prosecutions, and will provide an insight as to the decision-making process as well as some case examples.
