Glenn Parsons secures conviction in Bradford arson case
Glenn ParsonsGlenn Parsons successfully prosecuted the 19 year old defendant for arson that caused £500,000 worth of damage to a mill complex situated on Rebecca Street, Bradford.
The defendant, Hamza Nadeem, who was living in a hostel at the time, was thought to have had a grudge against YA and Co Solicitors who had offices within the complex. He then set fire to some tyres that were stored in the basement area directly underneath their establishment, in the early hours of 19th December 2017.
At its height, the blaze required 15 fire engines, 15 support vehicles and 80 firefighters to bring it under control. Sentence has been adjourned until September.
