Howard Shaw Prosecutes 21 Defendants for Large-Scale Brawl in Headingley Public House
Park Square BarristersHoward Shaw has recently prosecuted 21 defendants in relation to a late-night large-scale brawl at The Arc Public House in Headingley in February 2018. The case relied extensively on CCTV footage of the fighting, which involved punching, kicking, stamping, and the throwing of chairs, tables and glasses.
The defendants were sentenced over two days at Leeds Crown Court and received sentences varying from 16 months imprisonment to Community Orders.
