Jury returns narrative in prison custody death
Park Square BarristersA jury at the Coroners Court for County Durham and Darlington has found that multiple factors contributed to the death of Michael Smith, a prisoner at HMP Durham, following an inquest into his death. The Coroner indicated that he will be making a report to prevent future deaths.
