Kama Melly prosecuted a landmark drugs operation.  A gang of drug dealers who brought misery to the Seacroft area of Leeds have been imprisoned following their successful prosecution.  The case has been seen as exceptional, the sentencing judge took into account how the manner of the sale of drugs impacted on the wider community as well as punishing the defendants for their role in the drugs conspiracy.
