Khadim Al’Hassan & Bernard Tetlow QC successfully defend man charged of murder

Khadim Al’Hassan and Bernard Tetlow QC have successfully defended a man charged of murder following a five-week trial at Bradford Crown Court.

The victim, 30, was in Round Street, West Bowling, when he was killed by a single gunshot to the forehead on the evening of June 6.

The defendant was charged with murder where the prosecution said he was jointly involved in the shooting.
