Lee O’Sullivan joins Park Square Barristers
Park Square BarristersWe are delighted that prominent Dispute Resolution Lawyer Lee O’Sullivan will be joining the Civil Team from the beginning of August.
Lee was called to the Bar in 2003 and has over 15 year’s experience practising in commercial litigation and financial disputes.
For the last ten years Lee has been at Addleshaw Goddards as a Solicitor Advocate.
2018’s edition of Legal 500 noted that Lee is “extremely competent, particularly in complex banking matters”.
Lee is very well known to the legal community and he has an excellent reputation – he has been involved in a number of reported cases including Portland Stone Firms Limited v (1) Barclays Bank (2) KPMG (2018) EWHC 2341 (QB) – where Lee successfully acted for the Bank and struck out a £10miilion claim in which it was alleged that the Bank conspired with KPMG to force the claimant into administration.
