Park Square Barristers Parkrun take over confirmed for 23 March

As part of our well-being programme Park Square Barristers are hosting the Roundhay Parkrun on Saturday 23rd March.

The Parkrun is a weekly 5k free run around Roundhay Park.

It is all on tarmac and anyone can attend – whether you run fast or slow, or take the dog, push the pushchair, or even walk.

It’s a 9am start and it’s a great start to the weekend as well as a great way to keep fit and see a few friends. You can always stay on afterwards for tea/coffee or breakfast at the Lakeside café.

If you would like to join a host of runners from PSQB you need to go to the Parkrun website and sign up to get your personal barcode.
