Patrick Palmer prosecutes teen defendant in Leeds Car Crash that killed 5 people
Park Square BarristersPatrick Palmer appeared on behalf of Leeds CPS today for the sentence of a 15 year old boy who had previously pleaded guilty to 5 counts of causing Death By Dangerous Driving.
The boy who cannot be named for Legal reasons lost control of the stolen vehicle at high speed on Meanwood Road in Leeds on 25 November 2017
5 people who were in the car were killed.
The defendant was sentenced to four-and-a-half-years’ detention and disqualified from driving for seven years and three months by The Recorder of Leeds, Judge Peter Collier QC.
