Mr Khadim Al’Hassan successfully defends Aqeele Khan a petrol station attendant following a four day trial on a charge of conspiracy to steal at Bradford Crown Court


The prosecution  alleged he was a Co-conspirator and the inside man and not a victim when substantial amount of money goes missing after a foiled Robbery. Two other men pleaded guilty to conspiracy to steal and are awaiting sentence
