PSQB hosts drinks party as Patrizia Doherty retires from the Bar.

Current and ex-members of Chambers, staff and clients attended PSQB on Friday evening to extend their best wishes to Patrizia Doherty on her retirement from the Bar.

“Trish” Doherty started her legal career at the Crown Prosecution Service, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1994 and obtaining her higher rights in 1999.

She was the first Solicitor Advocate to transfer to the Bar to be exempt from pupillage.

She was called to the Bar in 2000 and joined Sovereign Chambers where she established a busy mixed criminal practice all over the North Eastern Circuit

Everyone at Park Square Barristers will miss Trish Doherty, she has been a friendly and popular member of Chambers – and we all wish her well in retirement.
