PSQB Regulatory Roundup / Annual Review

Thank you to all those who attended the Regulatory & Public Law Team’s Annual Review last evening.

A largely social evening was punctuated with presentations in the following areas:

Food Standards – Richard Wright Q.C.

Inquests – Kirsten Mercer

Environment – Simon Clegg

Health & Safety – Robert Stevenson

CQC / Healthcare – Simon Connolly

Private Prosecutions – Craig Hassall

The presentations were indicative of the team’s expertise and highlighted cases of particular interest along with landmark decisions over the last year.

The success of the evening however was due to those who attended as our guests and shared their recent experiences amongst old friends and new. We have received very positive feedback and as a result intend that this become an annual event.
