Richard Wright QC & Michael O’Garra secure fraud acquittal

Richard Wright QC, instructed by and leading Michael O’Garra of O’Garra’s Solicitors, last Friday secured the acquittal of their client on fraud charges following a 6-week trial. The case concerned a property investment fraud centred in Crete, and was the culmination of a police investigation lasting 5 years. The jury unanimously acquitted the defendant on all charges.
