Simon Arnold joins Park Square Barristers
Park Square BarristersPark Square Barristers are delighted to announce that Simon Arnold will be joining chambers on 27 March 2017.
Simon was called to the Bar this year, but practiced as a solicitor since 1998 and was until May 2016 a partner in an international law firm where he gained significant exposure (building on his earlier experience) to complex, high value and multi-party claims, often with an international element in the following areas: construction disputes, professional indemnity claims, insurance coverage matters and more recently banking and finance litigation.
He spent many years acting for both claimants and defendants in a wide range of construction and engineering disputes acting for main contractors (including design and build), sub-contractors, construction professionals and their insurers, advising on both the substantive defence of the claim and any insurance coverage issues.
Simon has conducted many mediations over the years across a spectrum of values and issues and is available to represent parties at mediations or as a mediatior. He is looking forward to working with the rest of the civil team at Park Square Barristers to deliver market leading advice to chambers’ clients both locally and nationally.
