Soheil Khan and Giles Grant Secure Convictions in High Profile Armed Robbery Trial

Soheil Khan leading Giles Grant at Leeds Crown Court recently prosecuted a gang of robbers who conspired to rob a family in their Seacroft home using imitation firearms, on New Year’s day. The incident led to the death of one of the robbers and the case becoming the ‘talk of the town’.

The extensive investigation led by the West Yorkshire HMET police team, and presentation of the case during the 6-week trial included: analysis of CCTV footage from 110 cameras, telephone communication analysis, forensic evidence, dying declarations and contested hearsay applications.
