Soheil Khan secures conviction in historic sexual abuse case spanning 5 decades

Soheil Khan recently secured convictions in this case, involving a 76 year old defendant charged with historic offences of indecent assault, and more recent offences including rape and attempted rape. The prosecution case involved the presentation of complex and extensive computing evidence, as well as the resurrection of allegations that resulted in no prosecution in the late 1990s. The defendant received today a sentence of 22 years’ imprisonment, plus 2 years extended licence.
