Twelve PSQB members attend first FLBA ‘Women at the Bar’ Discussion Evening

Tenants and pupils from Park Square Barristers attended the first Family Law Bar Association Women at the Bar discussion evening last night.

The evening was streamed by video-link to PSQB from Middle Temple in London.

The event addressed many issues that women face at the Bar including – discrimination, flexible working, recruitment, equality, maternity leave, harassment and retention.

Wellbeing and providing support is absolutely essential for all barristers – we recognise this and are seen as a progressive set throughout our history and in our equality and diversity statistics and policies.
