William Lindsay secures a maximum Criminal Injuries Compensation Award of £500,000

William Lindsay recently obtained a maximum award of £500,000 for a client under the 2001 Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme.

The long running case involved a Claimant who had sustained serious and life changing brain injuries as a result of a historic assault. The panel considered complex medical evidence from a variety of neurologists and neuro-psychologists. The case involved a significant claim for past and future care together with past and future loss of earnings.
