“Parental Leave During the Pandemic: preparing to get back to an uncertain workplace”

A seminar for solicitors and barristers hosted by Wendy Showell Nicolas, psychotherapist, regarding the emotional, practical and professional impact of returning to work after a period of parental leave, with discussions about the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on those on maternity/paternity leave, or those caring for children who are at home as a result of the lockdown.  A Q&A session will also provide the opportunity to discuss any concerns and share experiences with Wendy and other participants.

Work-wear not required.

There will be a brief introduction by Caroline Shields, family barrister at PSQB, and the opportunity to feed back with topics of discussion for future seminars.
