We would like to thank everyone who attended the NERL event last night.
The evening was exceptionally well attended, and its success was due in no small part to the engagement and contributions of those present. Ben Thomas provided an insightful analysis of the implications and lessons for regulatory lawyers arising from the Falcon Tower Crane Services Ltd costs judgment, while Kathryn Robinson explored the application of the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) in regulatory proceedings.
Events such as these provide a valuable opportunity for regulatory lawyers from across the region to reconnect with colleagues, strengthen professional relationships, and forge new connections in an informal and welcoming environment.
A particular thank you goes to Edmund Conybeare, Matthew Breakell and Mark Thompson for their continued dedication to ensuring NERL remains a thriving and successful network. In an increasingly remote and digital world, opportunities to come together in person are becoming ever more important. NERL provides an invaluable forum not only for professional development and networking, but also for fostering the relationships and sense of community that make our profession such a rewarding one.
