We offer an exceptional team of barristers specialising in family law. Our work includes advice, advocacy & mediation in matters of law relating to children, family finance and the Court of Protection/adult care.
We have one of the biggest family teams on the circuit. Our members are active across the region and beyond in all levels of court. We have expertise across family law and are able to offer unrivalled levels of responsiveness and service. We can also make life easier with streamlined bookings and billing.
Park Square Barristers’ barristers appear in public and private law proceedings throughout the North Eastern circuit. On the care side, members act for parents, guardians and local authorities in a wide range of matters, including the involvement of emotional harm, serious non-accidental injuries and sexual abuse. Elsewhere, areas of expertise include international relocation disputes, contested adoptions and financial remedy matters.

We deal with family law cases in all courts across the country. We practise in the Family Court, the Court of Protection, the Mental Health Tribunal, and in the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal. Members of team sit as Recorders and deputy district judges in the Family Court and the Court of Protection, as well as tribunal judges. We have a distinguished history of supplying practitioners to the District, Circuit and High Court Bench. One of our former barristers now sits in the Court of Appeal. We also offer mediation services.
We pride ourselves on our approachability, informality and responsiveness. Our barristers also have well-deserved reputations for sensitivity to the needs of both professional and lay clients, including the youngest and most vulnerable members of society.
