Members of the Park Square Barristers Family Team appear in public and private law proceedings throughout the North Eastern circuit. On the care side, members act for parents, family members, Guardians and local authorities in a wide range of matters, including cases involving serious non-accidental injuries, emotional and sexual abuse. Other areas of expertise include international relocation disputes, contested adoptions and financial remedy matters.

We deal with family law cases in all courts across the country. Our team includes members who are Recorders and Deputy District Judges. We have a distinguished history of supplying practitioners to the District, Circuit and High Court Bench. Two of our former barristers now sit in the Court of Appeal.
