We offer an exceptional team of barristers specialising in family law, family finance and the Court of Protection. Our work includes advocacy, advice & mediation in matters of law relating to children.

Members of the Park Square Barristers Family Team appear in public and private law proceedings throughout the North Eastern circuit. We have expertise across family law and are able to offer exceptional levels of responsiveness and service. Members activley represent parents, family members, Guardians and local authorities in a wide range of matters, including cases involving serious non-accidental injuries, emotional and sexual abuse. Other areas of expertise include international relocation disputes, contested adoptions and financial remedy matters. In addition, we also offer mediation services

Our family team, led by Huw Lippiatt and deputy Natalia Perrett, offers strength in numbers from the most senior practitioners to very talented juniors:

Expertise

Appearing at all levels of the Family Court, a number of members of the team sit as Recorders and Deputy District Judges in the Family Court. We have a distinguished history of supplying practitioners to the District Bench, Circuit Bench and High Court Bench, and two of our former barristers now sit in the Court of Appeal.
