Bernard Ecclestone admits allegation of Fraud in connection with an investigation by HMRC. Richard Wright KC prosecutes.

On Thursday 12^th October Richard Wright KC appeared for the Prosecution at Southwark Crown Court of Former Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone who pleaded guilty to an allegation of Fraud.

Alongside the resolution of the criminal proceedings Mr Ecclestone entered into a Civil settlement with HMRC in excess of £652,000,000. Richard Wright was instructed by the Serious Economic, Organised Crime and International Directorate division of the Crown Prosecution Service.
