Carla Rawlinson joins PSQB Family Team
Park Square BarristersWe are delighted to announce that Carla Rawlinson will be joining our Family Team from September.
Carla was called to the Bar in 2009 and secured pupillage and tenancy at KBW Chambers in Leeds.
In her first few years at the Bar, Carla had a mixed Common Law practice but this gradually became more focused on Family cases such as Care Proceedings, Finding of Fact and Financial remedies. Carla has a particular interest in Family Law having completed a Masters degree in this subject.
Following a career break Carla moved to the BPP Law School in Leeds and lectured students undertaking the Bar Course. During this time Carla also achieved an Advocacy Training Council accreditation, she became a Mediator and International Mediation Advocate with the ADR Group and has sat on Academic Misconduct Panels and Chaired Disciplinary Hearings.
These skills, qualifications and this experience will be hugely beneficial as she returns to the Bar and she will be an asset to the PSQB Family Team.
Carla will be available to accept instructions from 10 September in all areas of Family Law.
