Court of Appeal success for Richard Wright KC

The hearing covered appeals against very long extended determinate sentences, or special custodial sentence for an offender of particular concern, imposed for grave sexual offending.

Richard Wright KC secured a successful result for his client. He was also instructed by the court to address the general points of law/principle on behalf of all the Appellants regarding the approach to extended sentences or special custodial sentences imposed for grave sexual offending.
