Craig Hassall & Robert Stevenson receive certificates of Commendation from Home Office

Park Square Barristers are pleased to announce that Craig Hassall and Robert Stevenson have received certificates of commendation from the Home Office in relation to their recent case named ‘Operation Apple’.

Malkeet Singh Rathod, a 48-year-old shopkeeper from Pontefract, was sentenced to nine years imprisonment after being found guilty of immigration fraud on an industrial scale.

Mr Hassall and Mr Stevenson were awarded certificates ‘for excellent investigation work, demonstrating tenacity whilst working under extreme pressure to produce the evidence to convict persons found to have abused the Immigration system.’
